The site itself is fine, but getting help was more annoying than it needed to be. I had a question about my order and ended up having to go through too many steps just to contact support, then waited a few days for a real answer. When they finally replied, it was short and didn’t really clear things up. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I definitely expected faster and more helpful customer service.

I was let down by this. The fish arrived mushy, smelled off, and tasted like it had been sitting around too long. Just not fresh at all, not fresh at all. I won’t be buying it again.

I had a small issue and ended up reaching out to Imfish support, not really expecting much but they got back to me quickly. The person explained what I needed to do in a really simple way, which I appreciated because I didn’t want to go back and forth trying to decode some complicated answer. It also didn’t feel like one of those copy-paste replies, so that was nice. Overall, good experience and the help was actually useful.

It did give me a few useful fish care tips, so I can’t say it was a total waste. But most of the info felt really basic, like stuff I’d already seen before or could find quickly online. It helped a little, just not as much as I was hoping.

When the order arrived, two of the fish were barely moving, like they were already halfway gone... One of them died later that same night. I was really upset about it and just... I don’t think I’d order from here again.

Nothing was spoiled, which I’m grateful for, but I do think they have a responsibility to be extra careful with that part. I’d order again, but I’d really like to see better attention to keeping things properly chilled next time.

I ordered my usual size and it was way too small. The size chart didn’t really help either, which was frustrating. Based on this one order, I’d assume their sizing just isn’t very reliable, so now I’m stuck dealing with a return. I probably wouldn’t trust the sizing here again.

It took way longer than expected, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. It stayed stuck for most of the delivery, which made it hard to know what was going on. this felt like a preventable issue

My box showed up crushed and wet, with basically no padding inside at all. Everything had been sliding around in there like it was tossed together in 30 seconds. it felt less like bad luck and more like someone in the warehouse just decided my order was the sacrifice that day. I don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes, but I’m not ordering again.

The replacement took a little longer than I expected, but everything is working fine now. Has anyone else had to wait a bit for theirs too?

The delivery showed up on time, but when I opened the box, only 2 of the fish were still alive. Another one died the next day, which made the whole thing feel even worse. The packaging looked okay, so I’m not sure what went wrong, but I felt kind of trapped at that point with no good way to fix it. Just a really disappointing experience overall.

Their DOA policy did work, but you’ve gotta move fast with it, like taking pics while the fish is still in the bag and contacting them right away. I get why they need that, but it felt a bit stressful right after the delivery showed up.

They ended up giving me store credit instead of a full refund with shipping included, so I’ve got mixed feelings. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, I just wish the policy was a little easier to deal with.
